Linklaters advises Jungheinrich on debut €400 million syndicated credit facility

Linklaters has advised Jungheinrich Aktiengesellschaft on the closing of a new €400 million syndicated credit facility.

The transaction marks Jungheinrich's debut on the syndicated loan market. The credit facility was provided to Jungheinrich by a group of its principal banks. The transaction strengthens Jungheinrich's financial base and increases its flexibility to implement its corporate strategy.

Linklaters advised Jungheinrich on this transaction for the first time.
