Linklaters advises adidas on the issue of a €500 million Bond

Linklaters advised adidas AG on the successful issue of a €500 million bond.

The bond bears interest at 2.750% per annum and is due for repayment in 2030. The bond was listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The proceeds from the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of upcoming maturities.

The Linklaters team was led by Dr Alexander Schlee (Partner) and Martin Rojahn (Counsel).
