Linklaters advises Nestlé Deutschland AG on the sale of the production site in Conow

Linklaters has advised Nestlé Deutschland AG on the sale of its Conow plant to the Sprehe Group. By selling the production site to the Sprehe Group, Nestlé is safeguarding the employment of approximately 70 employees.
