Linklaters advises Nuent Group on the acquisition of multi-com GmbH & Co. KG

Linklaters has comprehensively advised the Swedish Nuent Group, a Triton portfolio company, on the acquisition of Hamburg-based multi-com GmbH & Co. KG from HEFAMO Verwaltungs GmbH and its founders.

 Nuent Group is a leading distributor of dental consumables and equipment, offering comprehensive technical services, laboratory solutions, and dental analytics software across Northern Europe. The transaction enables Nuent Group to enter the German and Austrian markets and thus contributes to the further growth of the company.

The transaction also includes a complex re-investment by the founders in Nuent Group, which was advised by the Swedish team led by Elisabet Lundgren. With this acquisition, Nuent succeeds in strategically entering the German and Austrian markets and continuing its growth course. multi-com is an owner-managed company from Ahrensburg near Hamburg for medical consumables, including medical hygiene products and small devices for the dental and care sector.
