Linklaters advises Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG on delisting

Linklaters has advised Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG on the public delisting offer to all shareholders of the company as well as on the withdrawal of the admission of the company’s shares to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (delisting).
