- CBRE Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a residential portfolio with almost 1,200 apartments in Berlin from Vonovia for €360m.
- BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of the "City Dock Mannheim Süd" business park.
- DigitalBridge and Vantage Data Centers: advising on a €1.4bn investment by GIC and MEAG in Vantage Data Centers' EMEA data centre platform.
- Fresenius: advising on real estate aspects in particular on leasing.
Professional experience
Maximilian joined Linklaters in 2023. Prior to this, he was a real estate and corporate lawyer at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich, Switzerland.
He is a member of the Munich Bar Association.
Education and qualifications
Maximilian studied law at the University of Munich (Germany) and the Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic). He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe and was a legal trainee at Linklaters in 2021. He obtained his LL.M. from the University of Cape Town in 2022.
He is admitted as a German lawyer.
He speaks German and English.
