  • TRATON: Advising TRATON GROUP on the acquisition of significant parts of the global financial services business of MAN and Volkswagen Truck & Bus from Volkswagen Financial Services AG and the agreement of a framework contract.

Professional experience

Dimitrij Voronov has been working as a research associate in the Corporate/M&A practice area at Linklaters since 2016 and was appointed as an associate in 2022.

In 2023, he supported the Corporate & Finance Law team at E.ON SE as an external consultant for several months. In the same year, he worked on-site for Uniper SE for several months, supporting the Corporate Legal Affairs team on corporate and capital market law issues.

Education and qualifications

Dimitrij Voronov studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Munster. During his legal traineeship, he worked, inter alia, for another renowned international law firm in the area of dispute resolution.

Dimitrij completed his doctoral thesis on stock corporation law, receiving his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.).

He speaks German, English and Russian.
