Dr. Dimitrij Voronov

Dimitrij Voronov specialises in corporate and capital markets law advice to companies and groups of companies as well as on national and international M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures as well as corporate litigation.

Work Highlights

• Uniper: Corporate law advice to the Management Board in the context of the stabilisation of the company by the Federal Republic of Germany due to the energy crisis.Ongoing corporate and capital market advice.
• AUDI: Corporate law advice on the entry into Formula 1 and the selection of a strategic partner.
• TRATON: Advising TRATON GROUP on the acquisition of significant parts of the global financial services business of MAN and Volkswagen Truck & Bus from Volkswagen Financial Services AG and the agreement of a framework contract.
• Volkswagen: Advising on the placement of 11 million shares in TRATON SE through an accelerated bookbuilding process.

Dimitrij Voronov has been working as a research associate in the Corporate/M&A practice area at Linklaters since 2016 and was appointed as an associate in 2022.

In 2023, Dimitrij spent several months on-site advising E.ON SE as part of the Corporate and Finance Law team of E.ON SE.

Dimitrij Voronov studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Munster. During his legal traineeship, he worked, inter alia, for another renowned international law firm in the area of dispute resolution.

Dimitrij completed his doctoral thesis on stock corporation law, receiving his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.).

He speaks German, English and Russian.
