Linklaters advises E.ON SE in connection with a €4.7 billion syndicated credit facility

Linklaters has advised E.ON SE on the conclusion of a new syndicated credit facility of €4.7 billion. The credit facility serves to secure the Group's liquidity. It prematurely replaces the previous syndicated credit facility of €3.5 billion maturing in October 2026. The volume was increased to €4.7 billion to support E.ON's organic growth path. Like the previous facility, the new credit facility is financed by a group of 21 banks.

Dr. Urs Lewens (Counsel, Banking, Frankfurt) acted for Linklaters.
